Terms of Service
These terms govern your purchase and use of the Synflow mentorship. Read them in full before you buy — in particular, all sales are final and nothing we provide is financial advice.
Acceptance of these terms
By purchasing, accessing, or using Synflow (“Synflow”, “we”, “us”) — including the website, paid mentorship, private community, live sessions, recordings, and any written or video material (together, the “Service”) — you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Service. We may update these terms; material changes take effect when posted with a new effective date, and continued use means you accept the updated version.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. You are responsible for confirming that trading and access to educational material of this kind is lawful where you live. We may decline or terminate access at our discretion, including where local law makes provision of the Service impractical.
Educational purpose only — not financial advice
Synflow sells education. Everything we provide is general educational and informational content about markets, strategy, execution, and risk.
Nothing in the Service is, or should be treated as: financial, investment, trading, tax, accounting, or legal advice; a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy or sell any security, future, option, or other instrument; a personalised recommendation suited to your circumstances; or portfolio, account, or fund management.
We are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, commodity trading advisor, futures commission merchant, or financial planner, and we do not act in any fiduciary capacity toward you. Mentors share how they personally analyse and trade markets. They are not trading for you, advising you, or managing your money. Every decision you take in your own account is yours alone.
You should consult a licensed professional in your jurisdiction before making any financial decision.
Risk disclosure
Trading futures, options, and other leveraged instruments carries a substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every person. You can lose some or all of your capital, and losses can exceed deposits in leveraged accounts.
Past performance — whether a mentor's, a student's, or a strategy's — is not indicative of future results. Hypothetical, simulated, and backtested results have inherent limitations: they are prepared with hindsight, do not involve real financial risk, and cannot account for the effect of real execution, slippage, fees, or a trader's own decision-making under pressure.
Only risk capital you can afford to lose entirely.
No guarantee of results
We make no promise, guarantee, or representation that you will earn money, become profitable, recover your fee, or achieve any particular result. Any figures, screenshots, payout images, testimonials, or examples shown anywhere in the Service are illustrative of specific individual experiences, are not typical, and are not a promise of your outcome.
Your results depend on factors outside our control, including your capital, risk tolerance, discipline, time commitment, market conditions, and your own decisions.
Payment and non-refundable purchases
Fees are stated at checkout and are payable in full through our third-party payment processor. You authorise that processor to charge your chosen payment method, and you agree to their terms in addition to ours.
All sales are final and all payments are non-refundable. Because access to the framework, recordings, community, and material is delivered digitally and in full immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds, partial refunds, credits, cancellations, or exchanges — including where you change your mind, do not attend sessions, do not complete the material, do not achieve a result you hoped for, lose money trading, or lose access because of a breach of these terms.
By purchasing, you expressly consent to immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that you waive any statutory cooling-off or withdrawal right that would otherwise apply to distance-sold digital goods, to the fullest extent the law permits.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute in place of contacting us is a breach of these terms. We may suspend access and recover reasonable costs while any dispute is resolved. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us first and we will review it.
Where a purchase includes recurring billing, that will be disclosed at checkout, and you may cancel future renewals at any time before the next billing date; already-billed periods remain non-refundable.
Your licence and access
On payment we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access the Service for your own individual education. Access is for one person only.
You may not share, resell, sublicense, rent, gift, or transfer your access or credentials; record, screenshot, download, scrape, repost, or redistribute our material; or use our material to build, market, or operate a competing educational product, signal service, or fund. Access is not a subscription to any specific mentor, schedule, or feature, and we may change the format, curriculum, session times, platforms, or personnel as the program develops.
Community conduct
Our private community exists so members can learn. You agree not to harass, abuse, threaten, or discriminate against anyone; solicit, advertise, recruit, or promote other products or services; post other members' private information; give personalised financial advice to other members; or share paid material outside the community.
We may remove content and revoke access immediately for conduct we judge harmful to members or to the program. No refund is due on removal for cause.
Intellectual property
All content in the Service — the framework, curriculum, recordings, written material, templates, graphics, branding, and the Synflow name and marks — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property law. No ownership transfers to you. Anything you post in the community remains yours, but you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, and reproduce it for the purpose of operating the Service.
Third-party platforms and links
The Service depends on third parties such as our payment processor, community platform, charting providers, and brokers. We do not control them, are not responsible for their availability, terms, fees, data, or conduct, and are not liable for any loss arising from them. Any broker, prop firm, exchange, or tool mentioned is referenced for education only and is not an endorsement or recommendation.
Availability and changes to the service
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of it, and we may schedule maintenance or be affected by outages of the platforms we rely on. We are not liable for interruptions, missed sessions, lost messages, or data loss.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that our content is complete, current, error-free, or suitable for your circumstances, or that any strategy will work in any market condition.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Synflow, its owners, mentors, employees, and contractors are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, lost opportunity, lost data, business interruption, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to the Service, your use of it, or any decision you make based on it — whether in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise, and even if we were advised of the possibility.
Our total aggregate liability for all claims is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Synflow, its owners, mentors, employees, and contractors from any claim, loss, liability, damage, cost, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your trading or investment decisions, your breach of these terms, your conduct in the community, or your infringement of any third-party right.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without refund, if you breach these terms, abuse the community, share or resell access, or initiate a fraudulent chargeback. The sections on payment, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution survive termination.
Governing law and dispute resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of [GOVERNING JURISDICTION], without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us and attempt in good faith to resolve the matter informally for thirty days. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be settled by binding individual arbitration in [ARBITRATION VENUE] under the rules of [ARBITRATION BODY], rather than in court, except that either party may bring a claim in small-claims court where it qualifies.
You and we each waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class, collective, or representative action. Claims must be brought within one year of the event giving rise to them.
General
These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any checkout terms, are the entire agreement between us. If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign your rights; we may assign ours in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
